FAQ – Fit-Shakes

What are the Fit-Shakes for and how do I use them?

You can substitute up to two meals per day with our Fit Shakes or add it as a vitamin supplement for your specific dietary needs. This is best recommended to work well with a healthy balanced diet and daily physical activity. You can follow the instructions below to learn how to make your own Fit Shake:

Step 1: Mix 25 g powder (approx. 2 spoons) with 250 ml milk (1.5% fat) and 3 g sunflower oil (1 teaspoon). If you don’t drink traditional dairy fat milk, other alternatives such as soya, almond or oat milk are just as great!

Step 2: Shake the mixture using our Natural Mojo shaker until the powder has dissolved into a frothy texture for around 3-4 minutes.

Step 3: Enjoy the delicious taste of your Fit-Shake!

Do Fit-Shakes have any side effects?

Our powders are based on natural products tested by nutritional experts, therefore should have no side effects. However, a food allergy or intolerance may occur. If you notice any negative side effects with our products, we advise you to stop eating them immediately and discuss a possible allergy and intolerance test with your family doctor.

Can the Fit-Shakes replace conventional food?

Our Fit-Shakes can replace up to 2 meals per day. However, they are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

My preparation is too thin, what can I do?

Thin texture is normal but if you don’t like it, you can alway add less liquid to the next serving.

Is the teaspoon of oil necessary for the preparation?

The teaspoon of oil is recommended because this serves the daily amount of fat that your body needs. It’s also important to note that some vitamins are not easily soluble in water, but are highly soluble in oil.

Are Fit-Shakes vegetarian?

Our Fit products are vegetarian and therefore not suitable for a vegan diet, as they contain milk-based proteins (whey protein concentrate). Whey does not contain lactose, but may contain traces due to the production process, which is why we do not declare the product as vegan.
