What is Natural Mojo ?
At Natural Mojo we are offering food supplements and food substitutes full of superfoods in a powdered form. These superfoods have various benefits such as energy boost, weight loss and muscle gain. Our food supplement range (Daily Greens) as well as our Fit Caps are 100% natural, vegan, gluten free and lactose free. Our food substitute range (Body Shape) and our Whey Vanilla are vegetarian and gluten free.
What is the difference between a food supplement and a food substitute ?
A food supplement (Daily Greens) is a concentrated source of nutrients. However, it does not replace a meal and should be consumed as a part of a healthy and balanced diet. A food substitute (Body Shape) replaces a meal and is eaten as part of weight loss diet while maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.
'Superfoods' - What are they ?

Superfoods are all natural foods (cereals, plants, seaweeds, seeds, fruits, vegetables) that are particularly rich in essential nutrients and phytonutrients, such as fatty acids (omega 3/6/9), proteins, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants, chlorophyll, etc.

At what age can I start using Natural Mojo Product ?
Fits, Wheys and Fit Caps are not recommended for minors. They contain proteins that can interfere with growth. For other products, if you are 16 years old or younger, we advise you seek the advice of a doctor prior to consumption.
Can I use Natural Mojo products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Since our products are 100% natural, there are no contraindications for their use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

We always advise you to consult a doctor for a second opinion, because every pregnancy and every person is different! 🙂

I'm not sure to like the taste of Natural Mojo products, do you send samples ?
Unfortunalely, we do not send samples, but you can find consumer reviews on social networks with the #naturalmojo or on our instagram page (@naturalmojo) and facebook page (naturalmojofr).
I do not like milk, what can I mix my Natural Mojo powders with?

You can use vegetable milk (oats, rice, hazelnut …), much lighter and digestible than cow’s milk. Our products also combine with yogurt and fruit juices. 🙂

Where are Natural Mojo products produced?
Our products are produced in the south of Germany, next to Munich. We are working with a professional, IFS certified, producer in southern Germany. The IFS (International Food Standard) is an independent, internationally acclaimed certification, which companies only receive if they fulfil the highest standards of quality in sourcing and production. It is audited every year by an independent company.
Is it possible to cook with Natural Mojo powders or mix them with hot milk?
You can mix them with hot, but not boiling, milk. Indeed, super foods are heat sensitive. Our products are not meant to be cooked, but you can incorporate the Body Shape into your recipes and always benefit from their protein intake. Daily Greens

How often should I use Daily Greens?
We recommend that you consume a slightly curved teaspoon once a day. Berry Boost and Vital Protect are to be taken in the morning to refuel, Pure Detox at night to detoxify your body and the True Beauty at any time of the day.
How to consume our Daily Greens powders?
You can choose to mix Daily Greens powder with water, fruit juice, smoothie, yoghurt, or cereal. Be careful not to cook them, in order not to lose their benefits. 😉
How much can I consume per day?
We advise you to consume a slightly curved teaspoon (7 to 10 grams depending on the product) for about 200 ml of liquid (water, juice, smoothie …).
What is the daily calorie intake of a Daily Greens product ?
The caloric intake of Daily Greens powders is minimal. It is 30 calories per 100 grams. The recommended daily dose is one spoon of 7 to 10 grams, this equates to an intake of about 3 calories per day.
The powder does not dissolve very well in my drink, what can I do ?
Our product being a powder, it is natural that the result is not the same as with a syrup. When you have poured liquid on our Daily Greens powders, consider stirring well. If the consistency does not suit you, we recommend you try with yoghurt or quark.
There is a green deposit in my Berry Boost, is this normal?

The Berry Boost contains superfoods such as spinach or spirulina which can in fact rise to the surface of your drink when you mix your powder with water. This is quite normal, we recommend mixing your drink well during the preparation.

Can Daily Greens Powders have side effects?
Our powders are natural products so a priori they do not have side effects. However a food allergy can always happen. If you notice any side effects from taking any of our product, we advise your to immediately stop taking it.
Can the Daily Greens replace a conventional food?
Our powder is a food supplement, it does not replace a meal.

It should be consumed in addition to a balanced and varied diet.

How long is does a Daily Greens box last?
A Daily Greens box allows you to cure from 15 days to a month depending on the products and quantities used.
What is the difference between Berry Boost and Vital Protect?
The Berry-Boost helps you to have the necessary energy throughout the day thanks to its superfoods such as iron, acai and spinach. When it comes to Vital Protect, it helps you fill up on C vitamins with Lucuma and Echinacea and strengthens your immune system for the winter. Both products are vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.

What are our Fit products for and how to take them?

By replacing one to two meals a day with a Fit shaker, and in addition to a healthy diet and regular sports activity, this cure helps you to refine the silhouette by losing a few extra pounds.

Step 1 : Put in your shaker 5 measuring spoons of powder and 1 teaspoon of oil in 250ml of milk. If you do not drink plain milk, simply take soy milk, almond or oatmeal.

Step 2 : Mix well in shaker until creamy (if it is not to your taste do not hesitate to add some milk).

Step 3 : Enjoy the creamy taste of your Fit!

Do Fit powders have any side effects?
Our powder is a natural product so it does not, a priori, have any serious side effects. However a food allergy can always happen so if you notice any adverse effects after taking our product, we advise you to immediately stop taking it.
Can Body Shape products replace conventional food?
Our Fit products can replace up to two meals a day. They are not substitutes for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
I find my preparation too thick, what to do?
It is normal that your preparation is thick, but if you do not like it, you can either add liquid, or decrease the number of spoons (minimum 3 spoons to keep the effects)
Is the oil spoon necessary for my preparation?
The oil spoon is needed when you replace two meals a day. It brings you the daily amount of fat needed to your body!
What is the stainless steel spring of my shaker for?
The blender ball is used to mix your preparation, it eliminates the lumps and makes it homogeneous and more pleasant to drink! 🙂
Are Fit products vegan?
Our Fit products are vegetarian but are not suitable for vegan diets because they contain proteins derived from milk (whey protein concentrate).
Why are the fit caps in capsules ?
We decided to enclose the powder in a vegan capsule so that it is easier for the anyone to portion and to integrate them consistently in the daily life. This way you don’t have to carry powder everywhere 🙂

How can I make an order ?

1. Fill your basket – products and coupons
Clicking on “Add to basket” allows you to select the products you wish to order. It is possible to update your selection at any moment by modifying quantities, and adding or removing products. Don’t forget to “update basket” before proceeding to check out.

You can add a coupon if you have one. By clicking on “apply coupon” the amount of you basket will be automatically refreshed. It is not possible to combine coupons.

The link “proceed to checkout” allows you to get to the next step.

2. Check out – address and payment
If you already have an account, log in with your email and password. You can register as a new customer by checking the box reserved for this purpose, at the bottom of the page. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Enter you billing address. It will be used as default as your shipping address.If you wish to hve your order shipped to a different address, check the box reserved for this purpose and enter your shipping address. You can then select the payment method you wish to use.

3. Place your order
Check if all the information provided is correct, read and accpet the terms & conditions in order to finalise your order. Click on “Place order”. Thank you for order !

How can I use a coupon ?

Our coupons, or discount codes, can not be combined. That’s why you can onls use one coupon per order.

Insert your code in the area reserved for this purpose. By clicking on “apply coupon” the amount of you basket will be automatically refreshed.

Think about adding your coupon before paying for your order. One the order is confirmed, you will not be able to change it !


How can I track the shipping of my order ?

When you make an order on www.natural and chose to pay with PayPal or credit card, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved. In this email you will find your order number, the sum up of your order as well as your billing and shipping address. When you choose to pay with bank transfer, your get a first email with our bank details for you to make the transfer. Once we receive your payment, you receive an email confirmation that your order has been approved.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you receive a second email in which you can find a link that allows your to follow the shipment of your order in real time, as well as your actual DHL tracking number.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times ?

The shipping costs and taxes are estimated and updated during the purchase process. They are based on your billing and shipping address.

The shipping fees are :

  • 3,90€ for the UK, France and overseas territories, Germany, Italy, Swizerland, Belgium, Austria, Poland, and Luxembourg. For orders over 40€, shipping fees are free !
  • 9,90€ for other European countries. For orders over 60€, shipping fees are free !
  • 19,90€ for the rest of the world. For orders over 100€, shipping fees are free !

Our delivery times may vary. Once your order has been accepted, please count 1 to 3 days for your order to be processes at our warehouse.

From the moment your package is shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email, please count :

  • 2 to 4 days of delivery for the UK and other European countries (whithout handling time at customs)
  • up to 15 days for french overseas territories (whithout handling time at customs)
  • 4 to 6 day for the rest of the world (whithout handling time at customs)

My shipping address is too long, what should I do ?

Adresses with more than 35 characters are not accepted by our logistic partners. If your address is too long, please use acronyms (st : street, ave : avenue, rd : road, etc) in order to make it shorter. You can add additional information and address complemets in the space reserved for this purpose.

What can I do if my package is returned to the expeditor ?

If your tracking shows that your package is “returned to the expeditor”, it is possible that the address you communicated to us was wrong or incomplete. Please contact our customer service team and give us your order number, your tracking code and your complete address (the recipient must be the person who’s family name is on the letterbox) – we will programm a reshipment.

What can I do if my tracking number says 'package delivered', but I have not received my package ?

It is possible that you were not at home for the delivery. In this case, please check your mailbox to see if the carrier left a delivery note. Your package could be at your neighbours or your caretaker.

How can I create an account ?

On your first order, you can check the box “create an account”, that allows your to create your customer account by choosing a password. It is confidential and you will need it to log in next time your wish to order.

What is the purpose of having an account ?

Your account allows your to easily acces all your order and check their status (waiting payment, processing, shipped)

I can't log in to my account, what can I do ?

If you can’t log into your account, it’s certainly because you have not created an account during your first order (by checking the box “create account which allows your to choose a password). Nevertheless, if your have indicated your email adress, your will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted, as well as an email confirming the shipment of your package (with a link to follow its transit).
