How to prepare your meal replacement Fit Shake:
- Mix 25 g of powder (2-3 scoops) with 250 ml milk (1.5 % fat).
- Add 2.5 g vegetable oil/ 1 teaspoon (e.g. sunflower oil).
- Put everything in the shaker, start a proper shaking workout and enjoy!
Use our Fit Shakes differently to prepare a snack or other recipes:
Use other types of milk such as coconut, oats, almonds, rice, soy etc.
Mix shakes among each other – our favourite is chocolate banana (“banana split”).
