How to get the best out of our Fit shakes
1. Mix 5 tablespoons powder (40 g) with 250 ml of milk (1.5% fat) – Fit Vanilla Vegan with 200 ml of soy milk.
2. Add 1 tsp (3 g) of vegetable oil (eg. as sunflower oil) – this point is omitted with Fit Vanilla Vegan.
3. Start shaker workout, mix thoroughly and enjoy!
Tastes are different:
- Also use other types of milk such as coconut, oats, almonds, rice, soy and so on
- Mix shakes among each other! Our favorite is chocolate banana (“”banana split””)
- Add more milk or water as needed to change the texture
